9/30/2009-At approximately 5:13pm, we were toned out for two car MVA, with vehicle with injures . On arrival Shelby 3 reported entrapment in rolled over box truck. Shelby 1 called for Mercy Flight to be put in the air but later was cancelled.. Patient was extricated rapidly ,upon evaluation the occupant was found to have only minor injuries and was transported to medina Memorial Hospital. the patient from the second vehicle was also transported to MMH with minor injuries.

Lyons Collision was called to the scene with removal of the vehicles all trucks and crew returned to service at about 8 pm.
